Acceptable Use Policy

1. About This Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using Nikkahfied, an Islamic matrimonial platform operated by Nikkahfied Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). Nikkahfied exists for one purpose: to help adult Muslims find a compatible spouse for marriage (nikah). It is not a casual, hook-up, or adult dating service. This AUP applies to everyone who uses the platform and should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the platform.
• You must intend to use Nikkahfied for its stated purpose — seeking a marriage partner.
• You must provide accurate information and represent only yourself (no impersonation or fake profiles).

3. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, post, share, or transmit any content that:

• Is nude, semi-nude, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive.
• Is obscene, vulgar, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, illegal drugs, weapons, or other unlawful activity.
• Contains another person’s images or personal information without their consent.
• Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using Nikkahfied, you must not:

• Use the platform for any purpose other than seeking a marriage partner.
• Solicit money, gifts, donations, or financial assistance from other users, or attempt to scam, defraud, or deceive anyone.
• Engage in or facilitate human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or any activity that harms or endangers another person.
• Harass, abuse, stalk, bully, intimidate, or send unwanted or sexually explicit messages to other users.
• Advertise, promote, or solicit commercial services, escort/adult services, or prostitution of any kind.
• Create fake, duplicate, or bot accounts, or use automated means to access or scrape the platform.
• Attempt to bypass verification, moderation, screenshot protection, or any security feature.

5. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse, Exploitation & Sexual Violence

Nikkahfied maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and toward sexual violence of any kind. The platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. The following are absolutely prohibited, without exception:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, linking to, or possessing any image, video, text, or other content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor (anyone under 18).
• Child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSEA): grooming, soliciting, sexualising, or attempting to engage a minor in any sexual or exploitative manner, whether on or off the platform.
• Sexual violence: content or conduct that depicts, promotes, threatens, incites, or facilitates rape, sexual assault, non-consensual sexual acts, sexual coercion, or any other form of sexual violence.
• Trafficking & exploitation: human trafficking, sexual servitude, forced marriage, or the sexual exploitation of any person.

We act immediately on any such violation: we remove the content, permanently terminate the account, preserve relevant evidence, and report to law enforcement and the relevant authorities — including, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and equivalent bodies. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

If you encounter any content or behaviour involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor, or any form of sexual violence, report it immediately in the app or at contact@nikkahfied.com, and contact your local law enforcement. See also our Child Safety Standards.

6. Verification & Moderation

Every profile is manually reviewed before it goes live. Photos, bios, and identity are checked by our moderation team, and we use selfie verification to confirm members are real people. Our moderation team operates around the clock to review reports, enforce these rules, and remove fake profiles, bots, scammers, and anyone who violates this AUP.

7. Reporting Violations

You can report any profile, message, or content that violates this policy directly in the app, or by contacting us at contact@nikkahfied.com. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and appropriate action is taken.

8. Enforcement

Violating this AUP may result in content removal, a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our discretion and without refund. Where appropriate, we may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

9. Changes & Contact
